Refund Policy

We want every student to be satisfied with their learning journey. The following policy applies to all purchases on FRAU HEND Language Center’s platform:

• Full Refund: Available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
• No Refund: Once 20%+ of the course is completed or downloadable content has been accessed.
• Technical Failures: If access is impossible due to verified platform errors, a full refund will be provided.
• Exclusions: No refunds for personal reasons (schedule changes, motivation loss, etc.).
• Process: Requests must be emailed to support@deutsch-mit-hend.com with order details.

Refund requests are processed within 5–7 business days.
